Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery (as per courier tracking status “Delivered”).

Exchange Eligibility
​
To be eligible:

Item must be unused and unworn

Item must be in original packaging and condition

Unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request

Exchange request must be approved by Aurelie before you ship the item back

How to Request an Exchange​

Order ID
-
Customer name & phone number
-
Exchange reason and the item you want in exchange (if known)

Photos (if relevant)

Unboxing video (link or attachment)

After approval, we will share the return address by email.

Return Shipping for Exchange

Customers must return the item using their own courier and at their own cost.

Use safe packaging and a trackable courier. Aurelie is not responsible for loss/damage in transit.

Exchange Timeline

After we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange process can take up to 2 weeks, depending on stock availability and processing time.

If Exchange Isn’t Possible
​
If the requested exchange item is unavailable or the item fails inspection, Aurelie may (at its discretion) offer an alternative exchange option or decline the exchange.
