Aurelie Jewellery currently does not support order cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed.
However, Aurelie reserves the right to cancel an order in situations such as:

Product unavailability/out of stock

Pricing/listing errors

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

Delivery infeasibility
If Aurelie cancels a prepaid order, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
