Return & Refund Policy — Aurelie Jewellery

Overview

We want you to love your Aurelie Jewellery purchase. Since jewellery is a delicate product category, returns and refunds are accepted only when items are unused, unworn, and in original condition, and only after our team approves the request.

 

 

Eligibility (Required Conditions)

 

A return/refund request is eligible only if:

 

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery (as per courier tracking status “Delivered”).

  • The product is unused and unworn.

  • The product is returned in original packaging, including any tags, labels, and protective packaging (if applicable).

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory. We are unable to process any return or refund request without an unboxing video.

 

 

 

What counts as a valid unboxing video

 

Your video should be:

 

  • Continuous (no cuts/edits)

  • Showing the sealed package, the shipping label, and the product being opened and checked clearly

 

 

 

How to Request a Return/Refund

 

  1. Email us at shreya@infiniteop.in with:

     

    • Order ID

    • Customer name & phone number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if relevant)

    • The unboxing video (link or attachment)

     

  2. Our team will review your request. Returns are accepted only after Aurelie approves the return request in writing (email confirmation).

 

 

 

Return Shipping

​

  • Customers must ship/return the product at their own cost.

  • The return address will be shared only after approval of the return request over email.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service and safely packaging the product. Aurelie is not responsible for loss/damage during return transit.

 

 

 

Inspection & Approval

 

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm:

 

  • It is unused/unworn

  • It is in original condition

  • It matches the return eligibility criteria above

 

 

If the returned item does not pass inspection, the return/refund may be declined and the item may be shipped back to you at your cost.

 

 

Refund Timeline & Mode

​

  • If approved after inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • After we receive the item, refunds are processed within 2–3 working days.

  • Depending on your bank/payment method, the credit may take additional time to reflect.

 

 

 

Notes

 

  • Minor variations in color/finish due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered defects.

  • Normal wear-and-tear, oxidation, or damage due to use, water/perfume exposure, or improper storage is not covered under returns/refunds (please refer to your Care Guide).
